Yay Michael....way to own it!  I'm like you, I have to see it to believe it sometimes.  How liberating it must feel to go into most stores and buy anything.  I can't wait for surgery to have that wow moment.  I'm just going to live it through you!

See you at coffee!

PS...My psych sent my eval to the surgeons yesterday!!!

Hey Michael-
Way to ROCK THAT TOOL!!!!!  How good you must feel to have met that goal- leaving the 300's is definitely a liberating experience!!  I hear you on buying clothers at "regular" stores too- I just bought a couple of new things at Old Navy- there was no way I could have shopped there pre RNY!!

It has been great fun to get to know you and watch you melt away like a snowman on a warm winter day!!  Hope to see you Saturday at Eagan!!

Congrats Michael!  Love your post! Those extra pounds will continue to come off. As you get closer to your goal, you may have to work it a little harder, but you will do it!!  And running nonless in the cold..... crazy is all I've got to say!!

Congrats on being under 300 and for that fantastic WOW moment!!! I love that I can run now - I can't go very far, but over Thanksgiving we went for a walk - well my dad walks way too fast and refuses to slow down so I got behind trying to help my nephew turn around cuz he couldn't keep up.  So my niece and I ran for about 2 blocks to catch up and I didn't want to pass out from being out of breathe when I caught up!  It's a great feeling!

BTW - don't let your head freak you out - you WILL continue to lose!!!

i know you were talking about this particular milestone last saturday.
it sure came to you quickly - and i'm so happy for you.

yeah, the shopping is fun - but you'll still be dropping sizes so you're smart to not be buying too much yet.
