I think my body heard me whining (and was frankly sick of all the crap I was eating)...and had pity on me... so it finally decided to dispose of 2lbs!!!!

I AM FINALLY IN THE 220s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

229.8lbs! I am claiming it baby!! It's the boost I needed to get my mind back in the game. Thank you God!! Woohoo!!

220s? Can't remember the last time I was here. So happy to visit for a while... but I won't stay too long. Would really appreciate directions to the 210s, if you don't mind. Thank you!!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Isn't it crazy to keep going down when you don't feel like you're doing right? Kinda makes you think if it's still losing when you're not trying, just THINK of what you can do when you are!!
