Yes ma'am. I took one of the two Valium the surgeon gave me a few hours ago and feel pretty relaxed. If I feel tomorrow as I do today, it'll be a breeze. I'm thinking the pooping is overwith, so I'm off to bed. Will have the puter with me so will probably post tomorrow night or Friday. Surgery is at 1:00.

How are things with you? Did you end up getting a scale? How much have you lost? How are you feeling? What are you eating these days?

I am good but having some food probs. Guess tummy just isn't ready. I have not got a scale. I plan to stop at the surgeons office tomorrow and get a weight for my 1 month. I will be thinking of you. Tomorrow will go great!! I'll keep you in my prayers and look forward to seeing you on the losers bench!!
