Can we say Sandie has had enough? I just got a call from my PS office. The insurance says I didn't provide the medical records (maybe if they read thru the 20 some pages of medical visits, labs, test, ect~ they could see them~DUH!!!). So I had to once again bug my poor doc to go thru ever visit I have had in the last 15 months and copy the ones that rashes were stated in. They also want a list of the meds I have tried to help the rashes (UM< DUH!!~ read my doc's flippin letter and you'd see all that has been tried per doc's orders!!!!) ARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!

Ok, I feel better and on a positive note it wasn't a call of denial~ just got keep on jumping(ouch hurts me knees!)

It's not whining if you have a legitimate reason to be frustrated, which you do. You apparently took the high road instead of asking them kindly to pull their heads out of their backsides.

Sandie, have the PS office doc call your insurnace co. and ask them if they actually reviewed the information that was sent. Tell them it was all documented in the first packet that they submitted. They should ask for a peer to peer review. No additional documentation should be needed.

Thanks Amy! WE sure have had enough hoops haven't we! I will call the insurance myself today and get EXACTLY what they are looking for as my clinic digs thru my visits and I will bring the peer to peer review up!! Thanks Hon!

Sure makes ya wonder, eh? Do they even read what they insist on being submitted?
BIG (((HUGS))) for you. I'm confident that the next time they contact you it will be to finalize PS plans.

I'll be thinking of you ALL night as I finish packing away all this STUFF. It amazes me how much stuff can be accumulated in a lifetime.

Today would've been our 32nd anniversary. Holy crow! Guess that means I'm not 25 anymore! (Not 30, nor 40 either!!)
