Many Congrats to Those *****ached 1 year!

I can't believe how many of us are hitting our one year anniversary!  When I started this journey, I thought I'd be alone.  I was wrong.

Angela said it best.  We've lost weight, but we've gained so much more.  Self confidence.  Friends.  Life.  And enjoying the many simple things that we take for granted.  My biggest measure of success is looking back at my "fat picture" and my "from now on picture".  I am not the same person.

So for those who have celebrated their one year anniversary, CONGRATS!  Great job done!  And for those who will be celebrating any milestones or anniversaries or other successes, Congrats.

Here is to an even better 2009!
