Why thank you Marsha!  I can finally look at myself and see what others have been trying to tell me for months.  What can I say?  I'm a little slow.

The head is the biggest battle.  I still see myself as 260+ lbs.  The new pic was taken on Friday at Kelly D's house.  Her son Marek was in the picture with me.  We went out to see Hairball in Big Lake.  It was one of the best times I've ever had.

I will say that this journey has brought me many ups - but also a few downs.  All I can say is that its about time I've finally got the courage to make changes that I've needed to make for years.  Just needed a huge kick in the pants.
