Holy hannah!  150 lbs!!!  Way to rock that tool!  As for the flabby skin...maybe you could invent a girdle for guys - kind of like that Seinfeld episode where Kramer and George's dad invented the bro (the bra for guys).  Maybe the guys version of the girdle is "birdle" - keeps the birdie wings from flappin!  LOL!!!
