OT Update on my dad

What a freekin rollercoaster. They had us say our goodbyes the night of Dec. 6th and he is still with us. sunday night they finally got him all the way off of his sedation medication and you guys he is awake and alert. He responds to sometings and if you keep on him he will respond to everything. He is mumbling words but cannot talk due to the (treach). I am so on cloud nine. I hope he continues to stay like that getting better I mean. They said he will start physical therapy soon. The DR.s are shocked as so are the nurses.. I am so damn excited MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME!!!!!!!!I got what I asked for my dad to stay with us. Thank you God!!!!!!!!!!!!!
