Hello from Tucson!
Hi Guys!
This is my second whole day here, and it still does not seem real. The temperature is 50*F--or 10*C!! (Still have metric in me--reversely!) The folks here are suffering with the cold!! Poor folks, eh?
I do have to admit that because of low iron, I am feeling the cold--like I wore a shawl all day yesterday. On Dr's advice I am doubling my iron intake to get the hemocrit numbers up where they belong. There's no real reason for my blood iron to be low--I 'THAT' old that I don't have to worry about blood loss.
Anyway--I've been read the riot act about being consistent with taking my meds and vitamins/minerals. Lacking iron can cause fatigue, and 'fuzzy brain'--not being able to think clearly. And I sure don't want any fuzzier brain than I already have--have to impress the hiring board for the job I interview for tomorrow!
To everybody on the board--I'm praying for you!! I limited access to a computer and therefore am unable to answer many postings--but you're all close in mind and heart!
And please say a prayer or two for me, please? I sure need that case manager job!! I've gotta start pulling my own weight real soon! (Although if you take that literally, I have less trouble now than when I was 135 #s heavier!)
Take care--and (((HUGS))

Prayers go out to you and the job interview. I sure hope you get it. I know how much you need a good job. I still have 6 months of school left and then I hope to get a good job. I don't post much but I lurk often. Enjoy your time in AZ. Good luck and I have my fingers and toes crossed for you and Sandy N.
