Can not get to Onderland

I've been stuck at 203 for about 2 months now and can not just get under the 200 lbs mark.  I was trying to be patient but now I'm frustrated.  I know what I need to do which is change up my diet a little and eat more protein but I"m really board with food lately anyone have some good ideas.  I need some quick easy to grab for lunch ideas.

Buffalo Wings
Deli Meat & Cheese(can roll those over a pickle)
1/4c Cottage cheese on bottom & 1/4c either Black Cherry or Raspberry yougurt on top(my fav!!)
Taco Bell's Pinto and Cheese
Chili (Wendy's has a good one if on the run)
There is also this awesome protein bar I find at Holiday that is carmel/chocolate (I think Pure Protein is the name???) it has like 30g of protein 2sugars and 300 cals

Hope others give ya some more ideas~!  AND Hang in there you'll bust thru as long as you follow the rules!! Try up'ing your water too!!

Hello Kathy....I hate those stalls!!  Don't worry you will start to lose again!!

I love my refried beans w/ cheese. Ham or turkey rollups w/ light cream cheese. String cheese. Chili w/ cheese. Meatloaf or hamburger patties. The list is endless!!!!

I am in Iowa right now with my family. I am missing Dwayne so much!! 10 days apart....agony!!

Thanks Connie,

I think the ham or turkey rollups with work good for me that is easy to make and take to work for lunches.  I've been skipping lunch lately which is not good or if I do eat its something like wheat thins.  

We missed you at cookie baking day but I did survive making a few thousand cookies without eating a single one.   Sounds like my uncle Jeff's surgery went well and I'm hoping my grandma and the rest of the family can relax a little bit now but I know he still has a road to recovery yet.   Will we be seeing you Christmas Eve or you spending the holidays with you family in Iowa?

Kathy...please don't skip meals it will mess up your weight loss. Protein...protein....protein!!! I use Boost Glucose Control High Protein Drink when I can't eat. It has everything in it you need. I also eat "Pure Protein"...High Protein Bars from Walmart. Try to stay away from carbs if you can. Not lecturing just suggesting!!

I was supposed to come to the cookie baking but Dwayne worked and my best friend was having serious problems that day so I stayed with her. I did taste the one kind of cookie that you roll into balls...it was really good!

We stopped in to see Dorothy after the baking and once again before I left town on Tuesday. What a super lady....I just love her!!

I was invited to Christmas eve with your family too but I am in Iowa and will be with my children until the evening of the 25th.

I will miss seeing you and all the family once again. You all made me feel so welcome....thank you!!
