Happy...Happy....Friday!

WoooHooo!!  TGIF my friends!!

Its been quite a week and I am so looking forward to my super duper short week next week..  YaY...!!  Unfortunately I awoke a 2am ish this morning and couldnt get back to sleep.  My goal is to finish the pot of coffee before the shower...  I think I may do it..

I have such a busy weekend ahead..  How bout you..?!  Tonight my SIL graduates from St Thomas so today afterwork we will be heading to dinner with them then on to the graduation.  Hope I dont fall asleep at the ceremony..  Tomorrow before the crack of dawn, Randy and I are making the trek down to see grampy in Austin for hugs and lunch.  I am very nervous about traveling in weather, however Randy is fearless.  I think that makes me more nervous..  We then have a birthday bowling party for our nephews at 4 AND if I havent crashed and burned, my sissy is having a Christmas party game night...  Sunday I hope to be my day of rest however I will have to do that while attending our church Christmas program AND our family Christmas get together after. 

I wish one and all a fabulous Friday and a wonderfully blessed weekend..  SAFE travels to all that will be mustering through any of the impending weather we may have.

PHEW!  Thought Friday would never get here!!!  My plans included travel this weekend but due to weather have been cancelled soooooo I am homebound.  Perhaps a little splenda cookie baking and ect.  I just hope for a relaxing weekend!!!

I may be rethinking my tomorrow morning travels...  This bums me out....  Fortunately I gave my grampa a heads up yesterday that if the weather is too weird we will not be coming down.    uuuug!!  I want relaxing....!!

we've got a family gathering in the northern suburbs on sunday - where the heavy snow ain't.
and i took today off - gonna catch up on chores, meet with a possible new boss, and lunch with my surrogate 'mom'.   as for saturday.  i still need a long, long talk with dh.  wish me luck.

It's Friday??   I haven't worked since last Wed....I've been sooo sick!    I'm on my way back to the Dr today after day 4 of the Z-pac and no relief in site.   I'm a bit worried that my weekend plans will be sitting in a hospital bed.   I am pretty sure I'm dehydrated to say the least.   There's so much left to do for Christmas around here and as sick as I've been it's just not getting done.  I can't sleep, I hurt worse than I've ever hurt in my life, well I'm just plain miserable.   I've also been up since about 2 am but then again that's been the story for the last week.   I've had a 2 yr old with ear infections and pnemonia this week as well.  It's been quite interesting.   I'm to the point where I have no  time left to take at work but yet how do I work.   I tried yesterday but I think God had other plans....my computer had issues all day and IT never got it up and running.   I also can't get it going this morning again.   I think I may just have to take time without pay if it comes down to it.   I am running a fever of 101 this morning...yesterday it was at 102.3 so it's down a bit.  

We're supposed to go with my Dr and some others to a nursing home Christmas caroling tomorrow then back to her house for a party.   Somehow I think she'll understand us not coming once she sees me today.   We then were going to spend the afternoon/evening shopping (not happening either).   Sunday was supposed to be church, smorgasboard after church, Christmas program, and then baking in the evening.   We'll see if any of that happens. 

I sure hope you all have had a better week than I have!! 

Good grief, Michelle - you need to take care of YOU!  Doing so without pay sucks, no doubt, but the longer you postpone it, the longer you're gonna feel lousy!

My weekend is up in the air.  We WERE going to the MOA tomorrow, but Trav can't find a friend that is free to go with for all the rides.  I LOVE RIDES, but for some reason, right now, he's thinking a younger, male riding partner would be more fun.    I know he loves me.  I know he loves me. I know he loves me...

So if we don't do the MOA, we proposed bowling?  He loves bowling, but he didn't get too jazzed about that. 

Essentially, I don't know WHAT tomorrow will bring, but I'm HOPING for snow!  It would make my job easier...  sorry, don't mean to annoy any of you, but BRING IT ON, MOTHER NATURE!!!

MIGHT to tubing tomorrow night with a GF and her nephews... if I'm home, not at MOA or the bowling alley.  ARGH!  I go NUTS not knowing what's going on!

Sunday is church, Trav is going to a bday party, and I may bake and/or wrap presents.  And probably grocery shop, since it seems we'll be hosting Christmas eve at our place again.  Nothing like waiting 'til the last minute!

I am in Iowa now with my oldest daughter and her family. Having a super time with Nic (15) and Grace(2)!! I have played tea party until I can't hardly think of tea anymore...hahahaha!!!
Nic is in charge of my car and if it moves he is driving it!!

I will be heading back to MN on Wednesday to spend time with my other daughter and grandchildren through Christmas. Love every minute of it...wooohooooo!!!
