Good morning, Patti-tat-too!
These protein balls sound YUMMY--but do you have or can you get the protein count?

I'm afraid I'm not getting in enough protein.  My thumb nail is my barometer. It's all creased and WONKY-looking--and this ties in directly with my protein consumption!  When I make it a point to get in enough proein, my nails grow normally.

Hoping you're doing well!

Good morning  SweetSue, sorry about not knowing the protein counts--I've actually made both kinds, basically for 'additional' WLS-friendly protein.  I gooogled 'protein balls' and found 'bars' at recipezaar.com--hopefully you can click the link the below the Nutrition Facts following this note.
Thank you for hoping, I'm doing fairly well.  The PS wounds are healing ever so slowly though gotta do as instructed every day to prevent infection.  Swelling has been so painful when the incisions get tight, feeling like they're horizontally stretched .Arghhhhh!  So frigid/icy around here, I have not gotten outside several days.  Take care of you and I'm hoping and praying for the best for  you!

OK, here's the stats, then the high-protein website, then the recipe.
