Just wanted to say a quick hello. Life is crazy busy and I am rarely online if I am not at work anymore as my sweetie keeps me busy doing other things. He and I have joined LA Fitness together and are going to kick one another in backside to go on a regular schedule and to push ourselves.
I have recently had some struggles with eating disorder issues of the restricting variety rather than the binging and am working with my psychiatrist to make sure it doesn't overwhelm me. I am however interested to know if anyone else has struggled with this and if so how you coped with it or if anyone has any good resources for support groups because all I can find online are support for those with binge eating disorder post-WLS.
I have re-set my goal weight based on my % body fat and it is at 136 much to my dismay I was told the dream I had of 125 is not a healthy goal for me.
