Wow...you look great! What a huge difference a year makes! I avoided the camera last Christmas, I don't think anyone got a single shot of me. Now I am kind of regretting that. I don't have any pictures of myself at my heaviest! But I can still remember how life FELT at that weight--that's reminder enough I guess!

Keep up the great work-you look beautiful!
