Went to the YMCA tonight...
10minutes intense cardio on the Arc Trainer
35 minutes Strength Training (6 machines, 7500lbs lifted)
10 minutes in the Hot Tub
10 minutes in the Sauna
This is my routine four times a week (strength traing is usually about 45 minutes) .

5'5 ... 3CC's in a 10CC Band (6 fills... Unfill on March 4th, 2009 - very tight after flying)
I am happy to say I have been REGULARLY exercising for the last week thanks to my new Wii Fit. It's FANTASTIC.
Today... 50 minutes of balance, aerobic, yoga and strength training.
