Yay! I am glad to hear you are exercising - it is motivating ME! I too had a Gazelle last year.. but had to sell it because it wouldn't really fit into my apartment. It's a pretty fun machine tho.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

The term "Gazelling" sounded a little naughty to me, so naturally it drew my attention.......OK, fine, so I am feeling frisky today, and most everything sounds a little naughty to me........  Nevertheless, I am glad to hear that you actually enjoyed your exercise session.

I did it! I wenr to thy Y and did 30 mins of cardio, walked and did some weights. It is definately the music that keeps me movin! Thanks for the motivation and keeping me on track!

OK, so I skipped my morning (5 AM) treadmill routine because we still have a house full of people through New Year's Day.  I was also going to skip my lunch time walk because it was snowing and blowing outside, but your post inspired me to go out and walk despite the weather.  I walked from my office in downtown Minneapolis to the river and across the Stone Arch Bridge and back to my office, which is about 2 miles.  Other than ice on the Stone Arch Bridge deck, it was wonderful and refreshing (and I didn't even get cold!).  So, thanks for the inspiration!

As our friend Elena says, "Whoo-frickin-Hoo!"   Good for you!  I love it!   That's what this post is doin' for me too!    It gets us to think a little bit more about fittin' that exercise in!  I know there has got to be others out there thinking......I'm gonna post that I did it!    Thanks for sharing and way to go!  You are a "REAL Minnesota kind a guy!"

Yep I did it!! Did you know that YouTube has free exercise videos? I found some out there and I have to say they kicked my butt!! I plan on rotating between these and my MP3 player and do some cardio on off days...we'll see...

LJ -- you can order Wii fit on best buy's website and have it shipped to the store.  No shipping charges....Then you don't have to search for it.....
