I just did 40 min. on the treadmill.  HMMM...the last time I was on it I was at 230 lbs., it was fun to move the weight down to 150.  Also...used to do a speed of 2.6, today moved it up to 3.6 ~ even 4.0 for a couple of minutes.  WOO FREAKIN HOO!!!

YAHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!   I am so proud of YOU!!!!!!!!   That was alot of presses on the machine to move that weight from 230 to 150!!!!!!!!   Whoooooo- freakin- Hooooooo!!!!!!!
You are gonna feel EXTRA EXTRA great today!!!!

Most impressive!  We still have company, so I couldn't go on the treadmill early this morning and it was too cold to walk outside.......I will have to do a skyway walk at lunch time today.

I may just have to take a lap around the campground during my lunch break!  It's a mile and a half from my office to do the loop, but it's not plowed, so I'll get extra points for negotiating the snow drifts, right???  

I love it - you people keep me motivated, okay???

I am in the same boat sista - I am FINALLY exercising!! 230 to 150? That's awesome! WOO FRICKIN HOO indeed!!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
