Sadly, I did not have time to get on my Gazelle last night.  Got home from work, made dinner, then had to head out on some errands - picked up my daughter's prescriptions, and she had some shopping to do for her BF, who's birthday is today.  I didn't get home until close to 10:30 last night, so no Gazelling for me. 

On the other hand, I wasn't a slug!  On my feet trudging and pushing shopping carts through slushy parking lots, doing laps around various retail establishments.... does that count???

Yes Miss Darla...I'd say it counts.....I'm not the judge though...YOU get to be!!!  You had no time to gazelle it!   But look at the positive change.  We have this exercise deal at the front of our brains and it will happen more!

You are doing super!  You are thinking about Yoga and you still have to walk back to your car really fast!   Keep up the good positive attitude towards exercise.  It is a good step in the right direction!

Yes!!! For the first time in a long time, this morning I did about 20 jumping jacks and ran in place for about 2 minutes. That is all I had time for this morning, but want to do some more when I get home from work!!! My plan is to do something each day. No matter how small or long, I will move my Arse each day!!! 

Yes, we can do this!!!

Ha!   That is a very fun thought.   How many times can we really say that?   Good motivation.  (I still have not done it yet today!)   I better get my rear in gear, just so I can say, "I don't have to exercise until next year!   I love it!
