I just did 25 min. on the treadmill. My legs sure feel yesterday's workout.

Me, Me, Me!!! I did it! I worked out to the Biggest Loser DVD that Angela (a.k.a. Princess) recommended and I've had a bottle of water already - first one in WAY too long!!! My goal for the year is to get below 200 - about 20 lbs - just 2lbs a month - I can do it!!!
