B  1/2 cup cottage cheese
L 1/2 cup wendy's chili
D 2 oz ham, 3/4 oz swiss cheese


I should have gotten another protein shake in there but I fell asleep at 7 pm and it didn't happen.

Holy smokes!!!!!  I am WAY overeating!  I can't even tell ya what I had yesterday.  I'll try this today for tomorrow.  But I wonder why I eat so much more?

Are you gaining?  If not, don't fret.  Keep in mind how far out these folks are compared to you.  Most folks would freak on some of my days too - but my scale is my only judge....

L - bowl of spaghetti meat sauce, lots of cheese, no noodles
D - 2 pieces thin crust  pizza, banana
S - white russian, small handful nilla wafer cookies

vitamins - all
water - 48 ounces
diet coke - 1 can
coffee - 3 cups

L(unch)       1/2 packet of pureed Weight Control Oatmeal made w/ skim milk
D(inner)  3/4 C pureed white chicken chili
S(nack)   5 cheezit crackers (bad, I "snuck" these while DH wasn't looking. Recognizing the behavior is a plus though)


Water - Only about 40 oz - Need to improve big time today!

hmmm...have to think about this....so far today....

B-8oz milk, 1/4 cup egg custard
S-protien bar
L 1cup chili w/cheese & sour cream
S 4 hershy kisses
D-1 buffalo chicken tornado, 1 chicken & cheese tornado

4 liters of water, and *bad*! 2 liters of diet mtn dew-soda is EVIL
oh, and 2 energy drinks-sugar free of course.  can you tell I was tired?
