B-EAS Carbadvantage Strawberry Protein Shake
B-4 oz cottage cheese, 5 grapes, 1 piece of cantelope, 2 bites of honeydew
L-1/4 cup roasted zucchini, 3 oz chicken and ham pieces from the salad bar (i'm guessing that's how much it weighed)
D-1/2 cup chili with a bit of cheddar on the top
I may have a sugar free popsicle before I go to bed.

L - Left over bourbon chicken from a chinese restaurant (@ 1/3 c), a few broccoli flourets, and @ 1/4 c fried rice

D - shrimp dip & @ 5 whole wheat crackers, 1/2 cup chicken pot pie
S - probably some popcorn, more SF Strawberry Lemonade!
