This to shall pass. Woke up this morning with the dry heaves
Is guessing my tummy was just way to empty and letting me know! The feeling passed. The rest of the day was a shot in the dark,tummy was kinda sore.

with 8 oz milk
L- half slice of hard salami
1 oz marble jack cheese
D- 3 oz of chicken breast strips
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
17 oz diet green tea (citrus)
17 oz water
8 oz skim milk
Totals:
Calories= 590 Liquids= 42oz Protein= 34g

Not a bad food day for me today (YEAHHHHHHH)
Breakfast- Myoplex Lite Protein drink
Lunch- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 T Bacos, 2 sweet peppers, 1 cracker with rondele cheese
Dinner- Beef Brisket, green beans, 1 chicken drummy, 1 t garlic mashed potatoes
Snack- 1 grape sf popsicle
Fluids-
60 oz water
trying to figure out how to do all of the vitamins right now. they want me to take 4 doses of calcium per day right now!
