Dr. Leslie- Abott NW

Happy New Year to all.   My girlfriend is going to be going to Abbott Northwestern and when she called and made an appt., Dr Leslie's name was given to her.   Is anyone familiar with him?

Bonnie August had him and I believe she liked him very much!

He used to be at the UofM, Fairview and recently went over to Abbott. I'm certain she would do well with him if she's having a lap RNY or band. If she's going for a DS - stay at the UofM and go to Buchwald or Ikrammudin.

She should also be able to find Leslie on this website and get his surgery stats. But the Abbott program would have more up-to-date numbers for her!

Actually, he still is at U of MN too. He did my RNY there. But he also works out of Abbott Northwestern too.

He's a great surgeon. When I had problems, he called me and made sure I had his cell phone and his email address. I think he's great. Not too thrilled with U of MN as a whole but Dr. Leslie is awesome.

I'm under Dr. Leslie and will see him on Monday for a fill.  He was not my surgeon but he has been wonderful for followup.  I see him at FairviewUM.
