I had a horid eating day and will post so first off I will learn from it and secondly, others may see where I went wrong.

B-skinny latte
L- 2 eggs
s- skinny latte
4:00.........I first had a cheese casadilla and was so ravinous (I think)  I then ate another cheese casadilla.   I waited my half hour and then drank water......but still craved food.  I had a clemintine orange, then two clemintines.   Then I stopped for a bit.    Then ate through the whole flipping evening.   (licorice, SF turtles, went out to get skinny cow sandwhich)   This was spread out so I didn't get sick.  :O(   Sad sad day!
I was busy with kids.  I was not bored.   I need to plan my food for tomorrow and Will REPORT much better, with more real food earlier in the day!   UGH!  This was no fun!

it's a no fat brownie mix, I always see it at whole foods, but it's in the organic/natural foods area at my local grocery store too

I found them at Trader Joe's. I couldn't find them at Cub or Rainbow for some reason.
