B 1/3 of a Vanilla EAS CarbAdvantage Shake
B String Cheese, half of an egg, half of a piece of canadian bacon
L 1/2 cup chili with 2 tsp shredded cheddar
D 1.5 ounces of ham rolled up with 1 oz swiss, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
S 1/3 atkins bar
I was lower on protein than I wanted to be yesterday but I wasn't keeping things down very well.
Drank about 50 oz of water.
B 1 packet lower sugar oatmeal made with skim. Only ate 1/2
L Broth from Veggie soup
D Ate a bite of Laurens mac & cheese and a teeny bite of DH pizza, (an area with just cheese) it was about 1/2" x 1/2". Made refried beans with shredded cheese and lite sour cream. Two bites in , something didn't feel right. I counted how many times I chewed the mac & pizza- 50 times each, thought that was enough. Stopped eating and made myself throw up about an hour later. I can't stand that stuck feeling in the chest.
