~*~Sunday Food Thread~*~
I had a much better eating day today- working toward getting back on track with my eating.
Breakfast- 1/2 c Kashi Go Lean Protein Cereal, 1/3 c TJ's Greek Yogurt, 1 t SF Caramel syrup
Lunch- 1/2 c cottage cheese, 2 T Bacos, 3 sweet mimi-peppers, 1 slice turkey on a cracker
Snack- Low-fat mint ice cream sandwich (not the best choice, I know, but...)
Dinner- 2 mini cheese burgers (about 1 1/2 oz each), brocoli with light cheese sauce, 2 baby potato cakes
Bedtime snack (in about 30 minutes)- 1/2 cup protein pudding
liquids- 90 oz. water
all vitamins (which isn't easy as they have me taking 4000 mg of calcium these days)
It is back to reality tomorrow- I think I am ready for it!!
