Cottage Cheese Ideas

Debbie - do you have the total carb count on your parfait? It sounds really good but I have to watch my carbs so would be interested to know the calculations on it.

I love to add my cottage cheese to tuna. I also sprinkle in a little shredded cheese....sometime I even add a few frozen peas....yummy!!! I know...weird...hey I like it !!!

Actually, I think that sounds really good Connie! It's like tuna salad without the carbs from pasta. mmmmm

I've only made the cottage cheese pancakes.  I use the sugar free strawberry ice cream topping made by Smacker's and Redi Whip.  Yummy!!!  My daughter loves them so much that she refuses to eat real pancakes at restaurants.

Okay, that sounds good!!! Reminds me of that chicken cherry salad almost that Byerly's makes - well, sort of. LOL

Me too! I hated it pre-op but post-op, I love it. Though I'm going to try it with the tuna tomorrow.
