OT: OOO the Pain!!

O my o my!! I had my cortizone shots today and the pain is worse!! ~yeah, I know, it can be for the first day or two, but never thought THIS bad!! Just PM'd my primary as what to do!

Anybody else have had Cortizone Shots in the knee and have any tips for me???? owwwie! :(

Oh, sorry to hear you're hurting more now. I say bring on the pain meds and go to bed early?

Thank you! Today isn't as bad as yesterday (IT was soo bad that if my DH would have been home I would have went to the ER). I have been icing and heating pad if since May and It did not help yesterday either........TODAY is better!
