OT: OOO the Pain!!
I have only one suggestion, and I would recommend running it by your PCP first. When my knee pain is so bad that Tylenol won't touch it, one of the PNC nurses said it would be okay to take an Advil Liqui-gel. Normally, Advil is a no-no, but the liquigel form doesn't sit in the stomach/pouch for long, therefore doesn't have as much opportunity to damage the lining.
Like I said, ask your PCP, but one Advil liquigel helps MY knee pain WAY better than 2 Extra Strength Tylenol ever did...
