B 1/2 C light yogurt
L 3/4 C bean & bacon soup (pureed)
D 3/4 C White Chicken Chili (pureed)
S May try to blend up 1/2 of a Skinny Cow fudge bar with a little skim
**I really need to work on drinking my two cups of milk. I just don't like it since surgery, but did order some Champion Whey Stack in Cholocate and Mocha. Hope theyre as good after surgery as before. If not, I'm going to try Click as one final protein shake mix.

Snack- PB granola bar
L- Vegtable soup 1c.
Snack- Dannon light strawberry yogurt 6oz.
D- Uncle Bens Herb roasted chicken wild rice 1 c.
Hot tea, water = 48 oz. Still time before bed to get in more water.......

1 packet NSA CIB
S- 1 oz mixed nuts
L- 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread
2 oz tuna
1 tablespoon lite mayo
2 green olives (chopped)
1/2 small banana
S- 5 trisket thin crisp crackers
D- 3 oz crab meat
1/4 cup diluted cheesy Alfredo sauce
5 pieces of whole wheat egg noodle
S- no snack tonight.
Liquids= 34 oz (still working on more)
Calories= Maybe more then I allow
Protein= hopefully a nice number!

Well, it was back to reality today- according to the calendar!! I made it through the early morning and ended up leaving work at 10:00 AM due to low blood pressure. Eating was OK today (I think)
Out of Bed (on the way to the gym)- Myoplex Lite Protein Shake
Breakfast- 1 string cheese, protein cereal and a cookie made by one of my kindergarteners
Lunch- Cottage Cheese, Bacos, mini sweet peppers, 12 pretzels
Snack- Clementine, more cottage cheese with Bacos
Dinner- Manwich, mixed veggies, 1 spoonful of au gratin potatoes
Snack- Protein pudding
Liquids- about 100 oz
Vitamins- Got 'em all
