~*~Monday Food Thread~*~
This is such a GREAT Idea Diamond Girl, I think I'm gonna start participating in this thread from now on. I didnt do too bad today...
B- 1 scrambled egg w/cheese and burned bacon
L- 1/2 c chicken salad (canned chicken breast, onion, tomatoes, cojack cheese chunks, whole wheat pasta and italian dressing) 1/4c spanish rice.
S- yogurt
D- 3/4 c cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and a slice of cojack cheese on the side.
Lots of Water, 1 vitamin water and 1/2 can of diet pepsi (naughty, naughty!!)
I have all my meals/snacks planned out for today because I think this will help me stay on track, so we'll see???
I need to remind myself to do better here!
coffee w/ SF vanilla caramel creamer
B - Yoplait Light with @1/4 c sunnies
S - turkey stick
L - 1.5 c wild rice soup with @ 1oz. pepperjack melted in
S - @ 1.5 oz co-jack cheese
D - cheeseburger (threw out the top 1/2 of the bun) with tomato, onion, lettuce & a little mayo
S - 1/2 banana
liquids - I'm good!
supplements - I'm good!
