exercise thread
Well, thanks to my own personal guilt for missing yesterday, I made SURE I got my half hour on the Gazelle tonight!!
Funny... I STILL dread exercise, until I DO it! I so love crankin' those old tunes and escaping to my own personal world! (Escape - the Pina Colada Song) I sense that if the economy doesn't sh*t can Rich's job, a bigger, better iPod is probably in my future!
Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
I took some me time and ran 8 miles on the tred mill and did 400 sit-ups. It may seem that it's easy for me to exercise every day. The truth is I struggle with my mind to get on the tredmill or run outside or do curcit training. I always remind myself that I had someone go inside my body cut me up and reorganize my insides so that I would have a tool that would help me achieve my weight loss goals. Now I owe it to me to continue this journey through good eating habits and exercise at least 3x per week. Every one keep up the great effert!!!!! Push yourself for that me time with exercise. We all are in this together to makeit happen!!!!!!!!!

I'm back on track this week - I work out in the evenings. Last night I did my treadmill and floor crunches so worked out about an hour total. I drank 70oz of water yesterday and had a really low calorie dinner....3oz small shrimp saute'd with 1/4 T butter and garlic salt and some asparagus spears saute'd with 1/4 T butter and garlic salt. It was a 100 calorie meal and very satisfying and full of protein. :)
