Good for you!

I've never been a fan, but figured I needed to start trying things I previously didn't like if they're a good source of protein, so...................... I ate it PLAIN for lunch and it was OK.  Will have to try some of the ideas from the other day now.

I know I came home with even more cottage cheese than I had before (Rainbow has Kemp's on sale this week, YEAHHHHHH).  I loved reading new ideas to eat one of my now staple foods.  I am bound and determined to do the cottage cheese pancakes tomorrow night (got home too late tonight to make them).

Lry's hear it for healthy choices!!
