L - 1 piece of string cheese
S - 2 SF popsicles
D - 2 tsp. of rotiserrie chicken mixed with cranberry sauce and 1 tsp. mashed potato
S - 1/4 C. milk
*Still pushing my fluids. Hubby woke me up several times during the night to sip sip sip. Bless his heart! Anything to keep the dehydration at bay.

L- 1/2 C 2% cottage cheese
S- 1 Lorna Doone cookie & 2 saltines
D- 3/4 C mashed potatoes
Not so good on the water today. good thing I got 8oz of milk in for the first time in a while to help out.

Breakfast- Kashi Protein Cereal, Greek Yogurt, SF Caramel Torani syrup
Lunch- South Beach Diet frozen pizza (buffalo chicken) ate about 2/3 of it
Dinner- scrambled eggs with shredded cheese and bacos, protein pudding
about 70 oz of water
all my vitamins and meds
Feels good to be getting back on track with my eating!

L 1/4 hamb, mixed with a few elbow macaroni, with diced tomatoes w/green chilis
S 3 baby carrots, one hardboiled egg
D Homemade pizza ( sm. whole wheat tortilla with pizza sauce, mushrooms, red peppers , turkey pepperoni, and low fat mozz cheese. )
S 8 oz skim milk
L 1/4 hamb, mixed with a few elbow macaroni, with diced tomatoes w/green chilis
S 3 baby carrots, one hardboiled egg
