B - Oatmeal with 1/2 banana sliced on top
L - Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza
S - 1 serving oven roasted turkey (deli) meat rolled up
D - 3 oz shrimp & 5 asparagus spears saute'd with 1/2 T butter and garlic salt
S - 1 small round polenta with a sprinkle of cheese and pizza sauce on top
S - 1 small handfull (about 10) almonds
70oz water and all my vitamins as well
