Turtle Mocha @ Caribou
L- buffet at chinese restaurant, chicken, broccoli, shrimp, egg foo young, rib.
D- chicken burrito
Snack- yogurt

Hot tea, water = 64oz.

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
S-apple slices w/peanut butter
L-small chef salad
S-protein bar
D-talapia and brocolli w/cheese
S-SF pudding

B - Oatmeal with 1/2 banana sliced on top
L - Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza
S - 1 serving oven roasted turkey (deli) meat rolled up
D - 3 oz shrimp & 5 asparagus spears saute'd with 1/2 T butter and garlic salt
S - 1 small round polenta with a sprinkle of cheese and pizza sauce on top
S - 1 small handfull (about 10) almonds

70oz water and all my vitamins as well

L= 1/2 c Chicken stir fry
S= Yogurt
D= 1/2 c Chicken and tater tot hotdish ( mostly the chicken and cheese parts with a lil taters)
S= Popcorn

8 oz milk
48 oz water/ sf drinks
