Can't figure out how to update my profile?!

I am now 3 years post-op  (Lap-band) and want to update my profile but I can't figure out how.

I used to go to "my profile" and then "general info" but I can't figure out how to get there now. 

I never updated my profile to the new format --is that the prob?

Do I start out my going into My account or my OH first?

Within this post, try clicking on your name, then Customize Profile.  If you want to add/change your signature, go to MESSAGE BOARD. Change / Add your picture - Avatar.  See if that works. I first created my profile in 2004 and don't recall there being an issue making changes from what was there originally.  Let us know if it worked.

 

Darn  !  It did NOT work --- when I clicked on my name it brought me to my profile but I do not see any option for "custmize profile" at all

Help !  Still can't update my profile.  Last update was in 9/08 and I've been updating it for almost 3 years now -- why can't I figure out how to do it now?! Grrrrr....

I can view it but not update it....

Does anyone know if I HAVE to convert it to the new format?? Maybe that is the issue??

 

If you didn't change over to the new format over a year ago, you likely need to contact OH member support for further instructions.

at the top of page where it says welcome Judith,then it has bookmarks and then my account. click there. then on side bar click  my profile. it should bring you to your page.
