B  1 scrambled egg and 1 slice double protein bread. 2 tsp. sugar free raspberry jam

S 3 baby carrots

L 1/4 cup beef slices with red peppers

S  1 cup skim milk

D 1/4 c green beans, 1 small slice ham

S  handful of microwave popcorn

48 oz water, 24 oz crystal light

Natalie- I've been dying for bread. Once I go to normal foods next week I'd like to try the double protein bread you mentioned.  What is the name of it, and where do you get it?

B - 3/4 of a breakfast burrito (scrambled egg, cheese, bacon in a tortilla)
S - a few bites of trail mix

L - cottage cheese w/tomatoes and cucumbers; and a few slices of hard boiled egg on a cracker.
S - yogurt and slice of cheese
D - tomato soup and a little salad 

Water
1 vitamin water
1/2 ****tail before dinner
