Off to the gym I went this morning.  Did 26 minutes on the ellitical and took a walk for 45 minutes.  It is nice to be back to my normal routine!!

Thursday morning I will do the same cardio and add some strength training. 

Working my way back up to where I was before the 2 surgeries last month.  It is going a little slower than I would like, but I know I will make it there eventually.

Didn't make it today...   But maybe I need to make my goal 4 times/week?  I guess if I can't move it EVERY day, I shouldn't beat myself up?  At least I'm doing more than I used to! (And *gulp* ENJOYING it!!!?!!)

Seriously, we need more hours in a day.  At least I do...

I went to the gym tonight and did 50 minutes on the treadmill. The only time I've felt good all week,.

Tomorrow night, I have my first appointment with a personal trainer to do strength training.

I considered just going home to bed after my group tonight but I asked myself, "Which option will get you closer to your goal?" The gym won.

Wednesday I climbed the stairs to my 5th floor apt while talking on the phone the whole time.... and th person I was talking to did not know until I was on the 4th floor. Whoooo hoooo. I almost always walk down the 5 flights, just starting to walk up  as often as possible.

Wed.- didn't make it
Thurs.- 1 hour pilates (I have moved up to the advanced mat class so my workouts are harder now) I may try to fit in 30 min on the treadmill also...we'll see.

Wednesday~ I worked out biggest loser style!! WOOHOO!! I didn't think I would be able to get it in but plans changed and I'm so glad they did!! I will post later if I get it in today!!

I walked Lake Harriet yesterday.......I forgot how wonderful it is to walk outdoors in winter. Sun shining, no wind.....perfect!

Today, I'll hit aerobics class.
