Exercise......Let's report it for Wed. and Thursday!
Off to the gym I went this morning. Did 26 minutes on the ellitical and took a walk for 45 minutes. It is nice to be back to my normal routine!!
Thursday morning I will do the same cardio and add some strength training.
Working my way back up to where I was before the 2 surgeries last month. It is going a little slower than I would like, but I know I will make it there eventually.

I went to the gym tonight and did 50 minutes on the treadmill. The only time I've felt good all week,.
Tomorrow night, I have my first appointment with a personal trainer to do strength training.
I considered just going home to bed after my group tonight but I asked myself, "Which option will get you closer to your goal?" The gym won.
