All my levels are normal! It's not as big of a concern with the band of course, but it still is good to know that I am getting all my nutrients in and doing well with my intake!!

The only think I have to watch is my vitamin D... which seems to be typical for a lot of people, and my cholesterol is a tiny bit high, which I have always been watching.

I am happy to get these results though and know that I am keeping on track!

Absolutely a good thing to keep tabs on & you're a good WLS patient for doing so IMO.
Is your D high or low?

It is low. Seems like they said it's normal but to take 1000 vitamin D... or more? I forget.

Good for you!!!  Keeping tabs on your blood work is key to losing weight with anyone regardless of surgery.

The vitamin D thing -- our program suggests at least 1000 (whatever the units is in the bottle) a day.  Especially in the winter months in Minnesota....
