D - 1/8 C. white albacore tuna mixed with Miracle Whip

Still working on my liquids for the day, so far I'm at 40 oz.

NOT a good day, which is why I'm posting. 

B - 2 cheese sticks, 20 oz. coffee
L - 1/2 slice ham, 1/2 slice turkey, a bun, steamed veggies
S - a few tortilla chips with salsa, a slice of deli turkey
D - haven't eaten yet, will probably have a few pieces of thin-crust Papa Murphy's sausage pizza.

liquids - 2 glasses of white zin, 34 oz SF raspberry ice.  Will work on getting another 30 oz of liquids in & PRAY I'm not up peeing all night.

After experimenting with sugar alcohols last night I have come to the determination that I won't be ingesting them again.  I paid for it all day today- even to the point that I needed to leave school.

Out of Bed- Myoplex Lite (vanilla)
Breakfast- none- tummy was too upset
Lunch= none- was trying to sleep off the tummy upset
Snack- 1 slie Muenster cheese, 6 wheat thins
Dinner- 3 oz. rotisserie chicken, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
Bedtime snack- 1 piece swiss cheese on cracker.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!  It can't be bad when I get to start the day with my Eagan Coffee Buddies!!

So what item had sugar alcohols and how many grams did it have?  I had an issue not long ago too, it was HORRID!  I think having them in teeny amounts is ok, but go over and BAM!!!!!  I feel for you- Hope you're all better today.

Because we luv ya, Amy . . . . I'll try and post mine   Since I just eat, and not really as 'breakfast, lunch, supper, snack', I'm just going to list in the order I ate (I think)

1. IDS protein shake w/cream
2. 1/8 cake pan of Egg Bake (bread, sausage, cheese, butter, cr of mushroom soup, eggs)
3. about an ounce of almonds
4. tomato basil chicken breast w/mayo & picante sauce
5. IDS protein shake w/cream
6. 1/4 lb Angus beef, bacon, cheddar burger w/mayo & ketchup
7. about an ounce of almonds
8. Haagen Dazs mini almond & chocolate ice cream bar

coffee with cream and splenda
2+ liters of water

( Yum- thanks for mentioning Tropica Light and Healthy Darla!!!!! I have been missing my OJ! )
