You weren't that bad at it. I'm so glad you were with me though. It allowed me to laugh more.

Actually, I'm going to try it again next week. If I keep at it, I will be able to do it eventually. And it's a good warm up for bellydancing.

It was wonderful, as always, to see you my dear friend!  Friday I walked for 25 mins and jogged for 5 minutes.  Jogging....totally new to me.  Saturday I walked for 5 jogged for 5 and did this for 35 mins.  God did that feel great.  Thanks for the encouragement!!

As Kim posted we did a combo yoga/pilates class on Saturday. It was fun because I was with Kim and we kept looking at each other and making faces and laughing.

Then I had my bellydancing class at 12:30. It was a lot more humiliating that I thought it would be. I guess I thought I'd be good at it. Also, having to look at myself in the mirror for 90 minutes and being the biggest person in the class was very hard for me.
