Not the best day today.
B one slice of whole wheat toast, one tsp raspberry sugar free jam
L Ham sandwich on a dollar bun
S couple of pistachios, couple of wheat thins
D 3 Mc Donalds chicken mcnuggets ( i know i know, ugh terrible choice)
S 1/2 banana
I was gone all day and did not prepare for it well.
B- 2 Eggs over easy (ate mostly the yolks) on 1/2 slice whole wheat toast
S- Nectar protein drink
L- 3/4 C Bean w/ Bacon soup
D- 1/4 C Eggface mock lasagne (reheated- not so good- Blech!), Nectar protein drink
S- NSA popsicle
Finally got a decent amount of protein with the 23g each in the Nectar drinks, plus it added 12oz water to my liquid intake.

1/2 tsp mayo lite
1 oz hard salami
S- 3 trisket (wheat) thin crisp crackers
D- 1 oz baked ham
3 teaspoons peas
3 bites baked potato
3 tsp low fat cottage cheese
S- none
Liquids for the day:
12 oz coffee 17 oz water 17 oz propel (grape) Total of : 46 oz
