Not the best day today.

B one slice of whole wheat toast, one tsp raspberry sugar free jam

L Ham sandwich on a dollar bun

S couple of pistachios, couple of wheat thins

D 3 Mc Donalds chicken mcnuggets ( i know i know, ugh terrible choice)

S 1/2 banana


I was gone all day and did not prepare for it well.

B- 2 Eggs over easy (ate mostly the yolks)  on 1/2 slice  whole wheat toast
S- Nectar protein drink
L- 3/4 C Bean w/ Bacon soup
D- 1/4 C Eggface mock lasagne (reheated- not so good- Blech!), Nectar protein drink
S- NSA popsicle

Finally got a decent amount of protein with the 23g each in the Nectar drinks, plus it added 12oz water to my liquid intake.

Washed yesterday's foods off my map LOL It was my works Holiday party last night. I knew going in there would be things to try that might not of been grand choices- that said we move on to today LOL

B- 1/2 wheat English muffin (hallowed out)
      1 tsp p.n butter

S-  1 oz hard salami
      1 oz marble jack cheese

L- 1/2 slice 100% whole wheat bread
      1/2 tsp mayo lite
      1 oz hard salami

S-   3 trisket (wheat) thin crisp crackers

D- 1 oz baked ham
      3 teaspoons peas
     3 bites baked potato
      3 tsp low fat cottage cheese

S- none

Liquids for the day:

12 oz coffee      17 oz water     17 oz propel (grape) 
Total of : 46 oz

I didn't really eat at meal times today... 1 hardboiled egg, 1 slice cheese, bowl of spag meat sauce, protein bar, 2 slices pork roast (done in the slow cooker - yum!), 2 small potatoes.

2 cans diet coke , working on this.

B= sugar-free ice coffee
L=sugar-free latte
D=1/2 chicken breast,2small red pot,1 tsp broccoli
S=1 ricecake w/1 tsp ff peanut butter
S=1 ff cheese stick 2 crackers

64 oz of water and 160z of fluids if you count the coffee
bonus-passed up a doughnut today and drank water instead!

D - Spaghetti squash lasagna! Yum thanks whoever gave the recipe!
