Sorry for my absence yesterday!

B - 4 slices crisp bacon
L - 1 hard boiled egg
S - 4 oz. IDS Belgian Chocolate protein shake
D - 2 bites of rigatoni hotdish & garlic toast
S - 1 SF jello cup

64 oz. liquids & vitamins in!

looks like you are doing great young lady!

I really didn't eat at meal times today..
protein bar, home made chili, low cal pudding, pork roast, jello, only one diet coke today!!
vits and 2 bottles of water.

L - Smart Ones meal
S - Slim Fast Optima Protein bar
D - 1 egg, 2 turkey sausage links, 1 slice whole wheat toast

vitamins taken, 64oz water and counting.... (gonna do my treadmill in a bit here for an hour then floor crunches after that)

L- 1/2 C  bean w/ bacon soup & a colby jack cheese stick
S- 1 TBS natural peanut butter, 10 cheezits
D- 1/2 C beef & veggie soup, 1 sweet potato french fry

40oz water so far, will try to get more in before bed
