They ought to be okay, just don't eat the skin - too fatty!  And CHEW the devil out of 'em!   White meat seems to become much more difficult after RNY, I got stuck on it enough times that I switched to eating mostly dark meat.  Getting stuck is NOT my idea of a good time!

Like Darla said....don't eat the skin. Otherwise they will be okay.

They seem to be a lot of work to eat for the little that is there.

My good buddy, LAFoster makes the best baked wings.  Maybe she will see this and post her recipe.  I have had them before and they went well.  I can only do like 2 and have to be super careful by chewing a lot.  But the taste was great.

Let me know if you try them!

Are you preop or post op & what surgery did you have?

Eat em, that's my advice. Usually they are tender meat and will go down well.

I bake thighs and legs. I take the skins off and it is fine. I can't be bothered with the wings, to much work for so little meat LOL.
I save the skinless/boneless chicken breasts for the forman grill or the crockpot.
I am a lucky one and have had no issues with meats of any sorts
