Need exercise help!!

I asked the same question at my first check up. I was told to program my treadmill to fat burn and no cardio before I am at my goal weight,. reason being that I would be burning muscle as well as fat. I have stuck with that and it has worked for me. I don't think that you can do wrong either way. Exercise is good for you no mater which way you do it.
