S - 4 Jack Link's prime rib beef jerky sticks
D - 1 Tyson chicken fry with ranch dressing; 1 Ritz cracker with cream cheese
S - 2 SF fudgsicles

Got in about 72oz of water today, plus a cup of tea. YEA ME!

B- 6 oz lite/fit yogurt smoothie
S- 1 oz mixed nuts
L- 1/2 Cup scallop potatoes with ham
S- 1 wheat Ritz cracker
D-1/2 fresh bratwurst with wild rice in it.
      2 teaspoons baked beans
      2 bites of half hot dog bun
      4 wedges of fresh orange (minus clear skin stuff)
S- 1/2 oz cheese

Liquids for the day:
Coffee= 12 oz (with splenda and french vanilla SF cream
Diet green tea 17 oz
Water 8 oz
crystal light 10 oz
Total=53 oz
Protein= 36g
Calories=695

sorry, I have been MIA from this thread.  I was out of the office on Monday and I dont have internet at home and now I cant remember from the long weekend so I am going to start back with Tuesday...

coffee w/sweetened cream (naughty)
