1 yr out and some reflections

Troy thanks for the update and congrats on it being one year I bet it flew by. You are a real good model for alot of us. I hope one day I'll be alble to run with you (haven't been able to run since I was like 6) I'm sure the failed marriage sucked but it sounds like you have found someone better!! Hope this year brings just as much if not more success as the last!!

As everyone has said, you are truly an inspiration to me as to what is possible through RNY.  Your success is nothing short of amazing.  Congrats on all of the successes that you have achieved!  I am also excited for your future, come what may.  It is very exciting that you are striving to have a relationship with your kids and have a great gal in your life as well.  Time will heal all wounds.  Remember that.  Congrats!
