WOW - talk about some insight! Way to spend a cold day! I think it is a great way to say goodbye to your old way of living and invite in a whole new group of REAL friends!
Thank you for sharing with us all - I hope to hear more soon!

I'm kinda new around here... trying to get to know folks. What does one have to do to join the coffee dates? Is it invitation only? Or is it open to anyone? Thanks,
Kristen
No invitation needed at all ! You just show up and wait for someone to see a newcomer and give you a huge..that's the way it worked for me on my first day anyway. It's like they sit...sip and wait for the newbies hehe. I wondered if I would be able to find the OH crowd, they were the very happy looking group.
Just keep an eye here! There's a coffee SOMEWHERE pretty much every weekend, and they pretty much ALWAYS get posted here!
I go to the Maple Grove coffee - we meet every other week, and our next one will be Saturday, the 24th. 8:30am (give or take) at the Byerly's on Elm Creek Blvd. There's a Caribou Coffee inside the main doors, and a large seating area just past that.
Although that sucker (the seating area) is getting smaller, and smaller every week.... (but then, SO ARE WE!!!!)
