~*~Wednesday Food Thread~*~
B- scrambled egg w/cheese in a tortilla & bacon
L- 1/4 cup cucumbers & tomatoes w/ranch & 3/4 cup tuna w/mayo & onions on spinach leaves.
S- sliced fresh navel orange
D- slice of cheese with a few wheat thins
lots of water
1 can diet cherry pepsi
1 bottle vitamin water
2 bottles skinny water (target brand)
Let's see how my memory is...
B - the usual (Yoplait ligth yogurt with @ 1/4 cup sunnies)
S - beef jerky & a handful of sesame sticks
L - small pouch of water-packed tuna mixed with FF mayo, on whole wheat crackers (about 6)
S - protein bar
D - cheese stick, most of an english muffin with peanut butter (after PNC)
2 coffees
@ 70 oz water
Ya know, I read what others eat and think - DANG! They're hardly eating ANYTHING! Then I read what I eat, and think... DANG! I don't eat as much as I THINK I eat!
Can someone give me some feedback here? Is my perception warped?
