You're right my dear - you're not eating that much...look at how much I'm eating compared to you...Maybe you need to up the calories a little to spark your metabolism - that will help you meet your onederland goal!

Okay, I started writing everything down on Monday, but yesterday was the first day I actually recorded EVERYthing!
B - Hard boiled egg and 1/2 Bagel with cream cheese
S - Turkey bites and Cheese cubes
L - Spaghetti Squash Lasagna and carrots with dip
S - Turkey bites with Cheese cubes
D - Yogurt, strawberries and granola
S - Bagel with peanut butter
I had 80oz of water and 4 (I know - super bad) lattes - but good news - NO pop!
